Did anyone catch where he appears to have shown up in Feast? And what seems to have happened with him?

In the prologue chapter about the character Pate the person he meets, the alchemist, who gives him the gold coin in exchange for the Citadel key has the same description as given to H'ghar after he changed faces in front of Arya. And in the final - Sam - chapter of the book, Sam meets Pate at the very end - a Pate that for some reason now has an entirely different personality than in that prologue chapter where he seemed to have died. Is this Jaqen H'ghar having stolen Pate's face? Is Jaqen H'ghar a faceless man, or what?
